AD Video production

We’d like to shoot a series of video ads to promote apps on social media. So we want to hire local producer to produce the videos for us. Need the producer to handle everything about the shoot (including actors) and deliver the ad videos.
We can provide the scripts, they will be simple stories, with 30 second length for each video, we need 5 videos totally.
